**Job Description**:
The Market Research Student will be responsible for assisting the Canada Life Measurement & Research Team through supporting various Customer Experience (CX), Brand Experience (BX), and ad-hoc Market Research (MR) projects across different areas and a variety of Canada Life business lines.
- Note: This is a student position starting in September 2023. We have positions available in Toronto._

**What you will do**
- Supports the development and execution of the CX, BX, and MR research for various internal client groups across Canada Life
- Works with team members to execute assigned projects and tasks
- Designs and programs questionnaires into survey platform to collect relevant data
- Analyses data using different tools
- Creates insightful reports and actionable insights from a thorough analysis of the research data
- Stays up-to-date with research industry trends and technology

**What you will bring**
- Current enrolment in the Research Analyst Postgraduate Program
- Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Business or Social Sciences
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Attention to detail coupled with analytical skills
- Natural curiosity and passion for learning
- Proactive approach to taking on different research tasks
- Strong team player abilities
