**Position Summary**

The Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator is primarily accountable for purchasing and managing the inventory of parts for Allanson Lighting Technologies. This role is also responsible for processing purchase orders and responding to customer inquiries. As well as managing the administration of warranties for Allanson Lighting Technologies products.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Source, complete purchasing requisitions and purchase parts from overseas and local suppliers
- Coordinate and arrange shipments of parts to manufacturers
- Manage ALT inventory by conducting counts and tracking any discrepancies
- Process purchase orders (POs) received from ALT customers
- Respond to customer inquiries on products, POs and shipments
- Manage warranty administration for ALT products
- Send acknowledgement and tracking information of shipments
- All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Post-Secondary education in Supply Chain or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service, purchasing, inventory management and/or coordination of logistics or supply chain management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using an ERP system, MACOLA an asset
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Superior communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Monday to Friday
