**What will you do?**

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Supply Chain Canada team. This includes responsibilities in the areas of purchase order administration, team and event organization, global change control supply chain coordination, customer service audit and deduction support, training and compliance administration, and representing a number of small customer service accounts. The role will provide administrative assistance to the Canada Market Supply Chain Leader and the Supply Chain Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities***
- Responsible for the preparation, management, distribution, and reconciliation of all purchase orders for the Supply Chain Canada team. Act as the super user/division lead for the Ariba P.O. Management System (eMarketplace). Resolve PO issues working with suppliers and internal partners. Track all non-inventory invoices for the distribution centers.
- Provide administrative assistance for the Canada Market Supply Chain Lead and the Supply Chain Leadership Team as required.
- Support Global Change Control (GCC) tracking and execution for Canada End to End Supply Chain.
- Maintain accurate Supply Chain records for organization charts, distribution lists, operations files, waste manifests according to the records retention policy. Issue all approved Supply Chain Canada announcements.
- Run weekly override audit reports provide sharing insights with Customer Service Manager. Lead reporting for deductions and returns working closely with accounts receivable.
- Coordinate departmental and recurring cross-functional meetings, conference calls, video conferences, live meetings, and events as well as supporting materials.
- Support Training compliance and ensure accurate and complete reporting of the Canadian training metrics in adhering to North American monthly reporting requirements. Support local training administration.
- Manage smaller Customer Logistics Representative (CLR) accounts in support of the Customer Service Team and provide back up to the Team as required.
- Other periodic Duties:

- Partner with Finance to manage cross charges where required.
- Set up new suppliers through eMarketplace and AROVA supplier portal.
- Prepares cheque requisitions, account statements, reports and other records and reviews them for accuracy.
- Order non-inventory supplies for Supply Chain end-to-end team.
- Lead no charge and affiliate orders

Qualifications

**Required**:

- University degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to organize and coordinate Team functions
- Experience in a Customer Service, Logistics or Supply Chain environment
- Ability to collaborate and partner within and across organizations
- Proven ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks independently

**Desired**:

- Demonstrated proficiency with key systems: Ariba, SAP, Siebel, SharePoint
