**Your role**

Colliers Project Leaders Inc. is seeking a Vice President to lead, grow and inspire our team in Quebec to live our values and build better communities. You are highly respected in the industry and will bring with you the experience, expertise, vision, reputation, and professional network to lead and grow a high performing team.

Focused on growing relationships and your Business Unit, you are a dynamic leader with the influence to carry out your responsibilities. You thrive in a matrix organizational structure and contribute to the Colliers Project Leaders leadership team to implement our strategy. You work independently but also seek out collaborative opportunities to work within the Colliers Project Leaders team and the Colliers International team to achieve our collective success.

**Responsibilities**:
**Leadership**:

- Lead the Quebec Business Unit to grow across the region, which includes all the Province of Quebec.
- Engage everyone in your Business Unit to embrace Colliers Project Leaders’ strategic priorities.
- Motivate and inspire employees; be a role model and influencer to build the cultural behaviours, values and competencies of the company that will support our long-term success.
- Implement a workforce composition and resourcing strategy that engages and empowers your team, with growth opportunities for all staff and a succession plan.
- Build the credibility and profile of Colliers Project Leaders in relevant sectors and industries through public speaking engagements, participation in industry forums and advocacy.
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues, other Business Units, and service line leaders across the company to offer a truly integrated business solution to our Clients.

**Strategy**:

- Establish the Business Unit’s growth strategy.
- Develop the path to achieve the objectives and targets in the local market.
- Support and effectively communicate the company’s vision and strategy to the team, region and the market.
- Convert strategy to tactics ensuring all employees understand their contribution to the strategy.
- Promote the diversification of services and strategic partnerships to achieve the plan.

**Business Development**:

- Continue our history of growing at 15% per year.
- Increase market penetration, manage key relationships, gather market intelligence, and identify market needs across the region.
- Leverage and improve our network base that uses connections with clients and colleagues to actively identify, pursue and secure new opportunities.
- Ensure the team embodies an account management mindset to implement growth strategies.
- Develop new solutions and tools for clients.
- Oversee client and partner relationships.

Qualifications:

- Results oriented: the drive to grow, succeed and inspire.
- Outstanding decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in communication, collaboration and influencing.
- Strong emotional intelligence.
- Knowledge of the Canadian infrastructure and real estate markets, including for P3 and other alternative delivery approaches.
- Demonstrated strong client relationships that will grow our current and future business.
- Understanding of market cycles.
- Experienced in setting and being accountable for strategies, P&L, forecasts, and budgets for a comparable growth-oriented consulting business.
- Experience with developing project-based partnerships and other business development strategies.
- Experience developing new services and tools for a comparable business.
- Strong network from which to attract and retain talent.
- Suitable combination of post-secondary education and experience with credentials that open doors.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience leading a team in providing financial, procurement, and portfolio advice in a capital project context.
