Grading Scheme Implementation Consultant

**Purpose**:
The Grading Scheme Implementation Consultant will guide Faculty and program regulation changes associated with the new grading schemes. The incumbent will also review Faculty submissions and undertake any required follow up.

**Education**:
University degree, with a graduate degree preferred.

**Experience**:
Extensive related experience in governance in an academic environment. Thorough understanding of the governance framework in which the University operates including relevant legislation and regulations. Knowledge of principles and theories in University governance and University academic policy related to a wide range of academic issues e.g. curriculum and academic standards.

**Skills**:
Extensive critical thinking and analytical skills. Superior communication skills. Superior skills in writing technical documents. Superior level of tact, diplomacy and discretion. Superior ability to maintain confidentiality. Superior planning and organization skills to meet rigid deadlines. Superior capacity to manage time effectively.
