Sales & Customer Experience Representative

**JOB SUMMARY**
As a Sales & Customer Experience Representative, you will be part of a tight knit team tasked with supporting our global dealer network. Your role will consist of supporting clients by phone and/or online, with a strong focus on providing a positive customer experience. As the Sales & Customer Experience Representative, you will be assisting our customers with spa sales support, regular proactive communication, assisting with shipping, looking up part numbers, entering orders (limited), invoicing, collecting payments, account reconciliations, and investigating outstanding issues. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sales assistance for both in house accounts and assisting Sales Reps in the field.
- Product knowledge.
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Serves customers by looking up part numbers and entering orders.
- Invoicing clients, collecting payments and completing account reconciliations.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- 3 + years of experience in a busy customer service-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- French speaking and listening considered an asset.
- Must be highly organized with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional, proactive and positive attitude.
- Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office; strong skills in Excel, experience with an ERP (Syspro) is an asset.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Keen problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized.
- Clear communicator (written & verbal).
- Comfortable in a PC environment. MS Suite (with an emphasis on Excel) + ERP.
- Positive professional attitude.
- Punctual with solid attendance record.
- Knowledge of the spa/hot-tub industry is a definite asset, but training will be available to those will an adaptive mindset and the thirst to learn and grow.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure.
