Calgary, Canada Ocgrow Group of Companies Full time

We’re seeking a high energy, entrepreneurial minded leader to join our real estate team. This Leasing Associate role will be responsible for various leasing initiatives in Ocgrow’s Commercial Real Estate division.

**Responsibilities**:
You are self-motivated, take ownership and lead by example. In doing so, you elevate your team and collaborate with high positive energy.
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute binding Offers to Lease and Lease Agreements with new retail & commercial tenants for Ocgrow’s new commercial developments.
- Facilitate all Landlord review of related documentation including lease schedules, review of Landlord/Tenant work, addendum forms, etc for all new leases
- Perform other duties related to leasing, marketing, and administration as required
- Manage the new leasing database, broker marketing package & contacting major new tenant representatives across Canada.
- Collaborate with Ocgrow’s Digital and Experience team on implementing marketing campaigns to attract new tenant leads.
- Support the Development & Project Management division, with tenant fixturing & opening for business, to ensure smooth turnover for new tenants.
- Other duties within the scope & positive spirit of the job, as requested by executive management.

**Role requirements (preferred but not mandatory)**:

- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in commercial or retail leasing experience. Ability to generate new sales & tenant leads, with first class presentation skills to new tenant prospects.
- High energy, high performance individual, with an entrepreneurial mindset, with the strong passion to grow within Ocgrow’s fast paced work environment.
- Excellent communicator with demonstrated written and verbal skills (ie. report writing, presentations and meeting facilitation)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, incl Excel, PowerPoint and Word & excellent IT skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively together and build strong working relationships with other departments and with people at various levels of the organization.
- Independent proactive self-starter, with the ability to effectively manage various projects simultaneously to meet strict deadlines, with positive attitude.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
