**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The primary function and purpose of this position is to provide effective control of the Regional Center's cylinder assets to maintain the accuracy of customer cylinder balances and to ensure the effective management of customer cylinder inventory records. The incumbent enhances customer service and supports the administration and supply chain teams in the collection and overall management of ALC's cylinder assets, while promoting ALC's quality and safety objectives.

**Ensure optimal use of cylinder assets**:Works with Head Office and Regional Center supply chain teams to ensure optimal use of cylinder assets. Participates in projects to identify cylinder reallocation opportunities. Determines requirements for capital expenditure and transfers internally or from other Regional Centers.

**Ensure verification of customers, distributors, depots and trucks**:Works with administration and sales teams to manage customer cylinder balances and reconcile their accounts with ALC cylinder records. Utilizes ALC's cylinder verification documents and control programs to manage programs accordingly. Ensures that appropriate charges for lost or damaged cylinders are applied. Ensures that all cylinder storage areas, including trucks, depots, satellites, stores, etc., are checked and that cylinder inventories match sales requirements.

**Visits customers, distributors and depots: Visits customers, distributors and depots as required. **Ensures products are handled safely. Counts bottles. Makes adjustments and issues invoices in the event of inventory shortages, in conjunction with sales and administration teams. Helps customers manage their cylinder inventories effectively. Establishes optimal cylinder inventory levels and helps coordinate stock levels or surpluses to achieve them.

**Analyze monthly bottle account**:Prepare a regular audit program to reconcile and recover bottles from customers with incorrect bottle balances, excessive inventory, overdue accounts or closed accounts. Monitors progress and prepares a monthly bottle management action plan or report for submission to the Administration Team Leader. Gives high priority to the collection of rental cylinders and demurrage charges.

**Process Improvement**: Works with team and cross-functional teams to continuously improve work processes. Evaluates results, identifies product and process non-conformities as well as the causes of malfunctions in his/her activity, and implements improvement plans with appropriate solutions.

**Quality/Safety**:Improves health and safety in the workplace. Participates in the promotion of ALC's safety objectives. Knows and follows all procedures specified in the Quality Manual. Ensures that appropriate corrective and preventive measures are in place following customer complaints.

- Diploma: College diploma in administration
- Knowledge: MS Office, Apollo, bilingualism, good oral communication skills, knowledge of the various gases and cylinder types found at ALC.
