The poké chefs will work in a team setting to take orders, prepare food, make poké bowls, set up, and follow our cleaning and sanitary guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow the prep list created by chefs
- Follow the instructed procedures and methods to meet the company's quality standard
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
- Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing dishes, cleaning equipments, or chopping vegetables
- Undertake basic cooking duties such as making sauce, searing fishes, cooking seasoned rice and prepare fried items
- Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees
- Maintain the store cleaness by washing dishes, taking out trash, putting away supplies, etc.
- Ensure food safety by following instructed procedures, recipes for special orders, packing orders for delivery and take-out orders
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.25 per hour
