Under the direction of the Director, Ticket Operations & Sales, this role is an integral part of planning and delivering Marketing and brand initiatives to the Saskatchewan Roughrider ticketing department. This role will work closely with the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club's ticketing and marketing teams to focus on coordinating resource allotment and brand initiatives ticketing.

A fresh perspective will be valued to develop full cycle marketing/communication plans for ticketing, from establishing the objectives to measuring results. Expertise on marketing research will be provided as needed including survey design and communication support. Collaboration is essential for team success, so this role will also be expected to proactively create, share, and collaborate with other departments.

This role will dive into exciting research, analytics, and current trends to creatively inspire new marketing projects and promotions for the ticketing department.

This role will be responsible for developing creative programs, campaigns, and packages to proactively drive those sales based on our seasonal cycle. This will include working closely with external creative and digital agencies including graphic design and web development as required.

As we value collaboration and teamwork at the Saskatchewan Roughriders is expected that this role would provide additional support outside of the regular job function to support the Club's key initiatives as needed to help the team.

This role will get an exclusive opportunity to be a hybrid role between both Ticket Operations and Marketing, allowing for extensive learning in sports entertainment and both specialties.
** Requirements**

**What's needed to be successful in this role?**
- Demonstrated experience in a Marketing role for a minimum of 2 years paired with completion of secondary education, specializing in Marketing/Communications.
- Strong understanding of digital and E-Marketing that will support objectives of ticketing.
- Talent for developing and executing marketing plans and strategy.
- Experience updating & managing a content management system to administer website content updates to ensure smooth customer journey (i.e. Experience using WordPress considered an asset)
- Strong communication skills to oversee the voice of ticketing on all external channels.
- Detail oriented style with great time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- The willingness to push the limits on design trends to continually evolve the brand.
- A solution focused approach with a passion to seek out information and approach challenges with a methodical approach.
- The ability to promote a culture of trust, integrity and open communication while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to develop a positive team environment.
- Passion and drive reflective in all work.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours when needed, such as events or outside of core hours during peak period.
