We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator to join our team at Biktrix, a pioneering electric bicycle company. In this role, you will be an essential part of our mission to transform urban mobility through innovative electric bike solutions.

As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage marketing initiatives, coordinate administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Project Management:

- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing projects and campaigns.
- Create project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

2. Marketing Support:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, events, and promotions.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports for analysis.

3. Administrative Functions:

- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external communication.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense management, and invoice processing.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing updates.

5. Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, records, and files related to marketing initiatives and administrative functions.
- Help gather and analyze data to support decision-making and improve marketing strategies.

6. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute ideas for creative solutions and innovative approaches to marketing and administrative challenges.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree
- Authorized to legally work in Canada: work permit/PR/Citizen

**Salary**: $39,651.39-$90,117.88 per year
