PARALGEAL - STUDENT, NEW GRADUATE OR NEW PARALEGAL

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in document preparation and review relating to Landlord and Tenant, Provincial Offences, Civil, Criminal Law and Immigration Law
- Assist in trial preparation and trial notebook
- Attend Small Claims Court and LTB hearings with Paralegal
- Conduct legal research
- Organize files
- Filing and serving pleadings
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, courts, departments
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Student, new graduate, or new paralegal from a credited LSO Paralegal Program
- Proficient in Microsoft software, Google Docs, Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, attention to detail, able to multi-task, work on various projects at the same time, excellent time-management skills
- Motivated to learn tasks quickly and improve performance
- Should live 15-20 minutes from the office

Position: FULL-TIME

**Salary**: TBD
