Automotive Service Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and deliver exceptional customer service while assuring the profitable operation of the Service department and the work and services it provides
- Act as the liaison between customers and service technicians by scheduling the work and the assignment of team members
- Schedule appointments and recommend maintenance and repairs
- Communicate with customers with status updates
- Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Manage the team and all the services provided and delivered by the department

**Requirements**:

- 5 years as a Service Manager or equivalent Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager experience
- Experience in managing a service department and employees
- Excellent communication skills including French and English (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills including Google or Microsoft suite and DMS, SERTI or other similar software

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hawkesbury, ON K6A 3T6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Automotive Service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English and French (required)
