**Job description**

Vision Truck Group, Canada’s largest Mack/Volvo dealer is currently seeking a Service Manager to lead our Cambridge dealership.

We are seeking an energetic, customer focused, self-starter who can provide steadfast leadership, responsible for all operations and actions of the Cambridge Service Department, reporting to the Director of Service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day service operations as well as work with and build strong relationships with other departments while maintaining a strong focus on company policy and culture.
- Adhere and enforce in policy and process of Certified Uptime Dealer, Paperless Operations and Delivery of Top Quality Service to our Customers.
- Manage, Coach and Discipline all Service Employees to the highest standards.
- Establish long-term positive relationships with customers and peers.
- Have a strong background in the heavy truck / transportation industry in Supervision / Management.
- Have proven ability of delivering and sustaining high quality customer service and loyalty.
- Be skilled at multitasking while maintaining great attention to detail while working in a fast paced regimented environment.
- Possess exemplary leadership, coaching, management, team building and self-disciplinary skills.
- Have proficiency in computer and digital technology and systems.
