**PURPOSE**:
The Sales Support and Marketing Assistant (Co-Op) will learn to develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with all Agripharm clients and personnel. This position holds the responsibility of ensuring administrative tasks are complete within the marketing and sales division.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Sales and Marketing team in daily administrative tasks including utilization of Salesforce CRM.
- Communicate with recreational, medical clients and Agripharm personnel about future, current and past orders.
- Process customer transactions and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
- Populate purchase orders and packing lists for all medical orders.
- Complete transactions and refunds as required.
- Maintain positive communication and relationships with all Agripharm clients and personnel.
- Monitor consumer trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
- Partner with the Account Manager to investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Assist with the Purple Hills Waste Bin Collection Campaign.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data.
- Prepare for promotional tours and activities.
- Assist with the distribution of marketing materials.
- Assist with organizing marketing events such as tours.
- Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brand’s standing.
- Perform market analysis and research.
- Other duties as assigned.

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Understanding of different marketing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Current enrollment in Business or Marketing Certification/Degree.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Light to moderate lifting (up to 25-50 lbs); heavier weights with mechanical assistance
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, kneel and reach.

**OTHER**
- Must hold a G-Class Drivers License.
- Must be 19 years of age or older due to exposure of cannabis products.
- Clean criminal record and background checks.
- Ability to commute to Creemore, ON.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour
