**Description**:
Sous la supervision du directeur du service, le titulaire du poste soutien l’aviseur technique pour répondre aux besoins de notre clientèle qui se présente au service pour la réparation et l’entretien de leur produit. Il accueille le client, établit avec lui une relation de confiance, cerne ses besoins et interprète les informations qu'il reçoit pour les transmettre à l'atelier. Il informe la clientèle sur les différents systèmes et le fonctionnement des unités marines et/ou jardin/pelouse.

**Compétences/exigences recherchées**:

- Avoir un diplôme professionnel et/ou posséder une expérience pertinente dans des fonctions similaires.
- Bonne connaissance en mécanique des produits jardins/pelouse et marin.
- Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Bilingue (tant à l’orale qu’à l’écrit)
- Avoir un bon sens de l’organisation et de l’autonomie
- Bon sens de l’écoute et habileté à mettre les gens en confiance
- Habileté à gérer plusieurs cas ne même temps
- Bonne gestion des situations stressante
