The Project Coordinator, under the direction and guidance of the team, provides technical and/or management support and assists operations staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating various aspects of project execution, maintaining communication channels, and contributing to the overall success of the project.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in creating project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.

2.** Stakeholder Communication**:

- Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely dissemination of project-related information.

3. **Budget and Resource Management**:

- Track project budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage project costs.
- Assist in ordering equipment, supplies, and materials.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Prepare regular status updates and project performance metrics.
- Contribute to project closure reports.

5. **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Monitor project deliverables against quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Assist in conducting inspections and audits.

6.** Problem-Solving and Decision-Making**:

- Identify project bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to address project-related challenges.
- Assist in making informed decisions to keep the project on track.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in an official co-op program.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers
- Ability to maintain a contagious and positive work ethic and inspire others

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
