*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. *Duties* - Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders - Provide menu recommendations and offer suggestions to enhance the dining experience - Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Upsell additional items to increase revenue - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain a clean and organized work environment *Skills* - Proficient in customer service with a friendly and positive attitude - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments - Knowledge of food industry standards and practices - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
