**Your role**
- Perform the activities of a full cycle recruitment process
- Identify and implement strategies for finding and attracting talent in collaboration with the Talent Attraction team
- Support partners in strategic workforce planning and talent mobility
- Create and maintain talent pools by building lasting relationships
- Act as an expert coach and share best practices and recruitment policies
- Promote the Bank and identify potential profiles
- Contribute to improving co-development processes and activities

The Operations Acquisition team is based in downtown Montreal with a hybrid work model. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will report to the Senior Manager of Learning Strategy and Talent Development and will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Taleo and LinkedIn are the main recruitment tools used. If this opportunity speaks to you come and complete our team

**Competencies required**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years' relevant experience or any other combination of education and experience considered equivalent
- Experience in talent acquisition, attraction strategies and direct approach
- Inclusive attitude and respect for differences
- In-depth knowledge of the job market and building talent pools
- Knowledge of Taleo and LinkedIn recruiter
- Ability to work in ambiguity and change management
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence managers
- French/English bilingualism necessary, as you will regularly deal with managers located across Canada

**Preferred competencies**
- Knowledge of the Operations Sector
- Committed to teamwork, curious, and interested in learning
- Good analytical skills and ability to work with data
