**The Position**:
We’re growing and looking for a Labourer to assist with preparing, maintenance, and clean-up of our job sites. If you are organized, mechanically inclined, and a team player, we would love to hear from you In return, you will work for a company who values our team members and their professional growth.

**What You Will Do**:

- Able to operate equipment and machinery such as small hand tools in a safe manner
- Various loading and unloading of materials such as tools and equipment to and from various vehicles and machine
- Maintain a safe and clean job site by organizing material, storing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis
- Support and promote safe work practices and initiatives
- Daily site cleanup and inspection
- Perform other duties as assigned by the lead hand or site supervision

**What You Bring**:

- 1-2+ years of general labour experience in a construction setting
- Need to have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to get to/between job sites
- Mechanically inclined with strong organizational & problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to properly lift objects, walk and stand for long periods of time, and work in adverse weather conditions
- Confident to work independently and complete daily tasks according to schedule, demonstrates initiative and follows through on tasks to completion
- Knowledge and experience to determine the right tool required for the job ideal, but we’re willing to train

- construction: 1 year (preferred)
