**MANAGER OF FINANCE**
**OBJECTIVE**
As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in the organization's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the accounting and finance team, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and overseeing key functions such as financial reporting, budgeting, and audit preparations. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as driving strategic financial decision-making to support the organization's goals and growth.
**KEY REPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and forecasts
- Develop strategies to optimize the company's financial performance
- Manage the budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial regulations
- Analyze market trends and financial data to provide insights and recommendations
- Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and banking activitiesOption 2:
- Lead and supervise the finance team in day-to-day operations
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions Evaluate and mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations
**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) qualification
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- In-depth understanding of mergers and acquisitions, capital budgeting, and financial modeling
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
