Inventory Analyst

**Inventory Analyst**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Under the leadership of and in consultation with the Manager of Supply Chain:
- Analyze and plan part level consumption control along with inputs from Fleet Management and Maintenance
- Amend / Develop ABC classifications based on usage to support inventory planning and min-max programs.
- Review/Adjust required stock levels to adapt to unscheduled failure trends (Min/Max setting)
- Support the Parts Planner in managing parts request HUB.
- Work with finance to ensure transactions are accounted for properly and improve processes accordingly.
- Lead review of inventories for slow moving, obsolete and disposition thereof in concert with Fleet and Finance teams.
- Develop reporting from company ERP for all Canadian inventories.
- Reporting and processing of cycle counts results
- Assist in developing new processes, procedures, and work instructions in accordance with MPM/MCM requirements; or optimize current process and supply chain programs.
- Participation in development of inventory budgets and forecasts.
**Secondary Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Align/coordinate with the other Supply Chain Managers and teams
**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Inventory Management, Materials or Manufacturing Background.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit (Excel a must)
- Excellent analytical skills and capacity to work with large sets of data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external partners
- Strong judgment, organizational, decision making, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to perform all work in support of our Corporate Values of Service, Excellence, Integrity and Teamwork
- Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values
**Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities**:

Managers are responsible for:
- Providing a safe and healthy workplace including the necessary equipment, systems, and tools which are properly maintained
- Providing information, training, instruction and supervision to protect the Occupational Health and Safety of Employees
- Ensuring Employees under their direction know and comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements
- Ensuring Employees under their direction receive adequate supervision.
- Establishing, supporting, and consulting with Occupational Health and Safety committees and Workplace Occupational Health and Safety representatives on all matters to improve workplace Occupational Health and Safety including regular safety inspections of the workplace.
