**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Database Management - (Databases stored in SharePoint)
- Transform and manipulate files using Power Query
- Updating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Automation Projects as needed using Macros, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps
- Report and Analysis Support
- Other ad hoc projects as required.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills complemented by tact and diplomacy.
- Must be fluent in English both written and oral communication.
- Data science or technical degree/diploma from a reconizied post secondary institution
- Excellent organization skills
- Problem solving ability to resolve the day-to-day situations as they arise.
- Advanced Computer Skills in above mentioned programs
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow and work independently.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive
- Motivated team player
- Responsive to time-sensitive deadlines.
