Under the supervision of the FP&A Director, the FP&A Financial Analyst is responsible for the analysis of financial information for all Pelican International divisions, as well as the maintenance of its tools. In addition, the incumbent is also responsible for leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including the development of long-term forecasting models and various scenario analyses. You will also work with the entire Finance and Accounting team to establish best practices and contribute to the optimization of FP&A function processes.

**YOUR TYPICAL DAY IN THIS JOB**:

- Actively participate in commercial and operational review, presentation, review and update of Dashboard and monthly KPI presentation template;
- Prepare required financial analyses and assist in the preparation of presentation documents for senior management, creditors and the Board of Directors;
- Ensure alignment of financial presentation and management information;
- Contribute to maintaining the integrity of EPM and Power BI;
- Identify and lead continuous improvement projects for the FP&A function;
- Lead the annual budget and forecast cycle for FGF and SG&A;
- Follow-up, maintain and document the budget and forecast review process (FGF and SG&A) with department managers (Director, VP and Sr. VP);
- Update monthly results presentation template to review year-to-date and month-to-date performance with management, target tracking and key variance factors;
- Prepare analyses of working capital projections, debt targets and banking ratio forecasts;
- Identify and implement process improvements, including the creation of reports, tools and dashboards;
- Participate in EPM development (planning component);
- Continuous improvement of metrics, reports and views (Power BI);
- Continuous improvement of the budgeting and forecasting process.

**IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES, YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

You have over 5 (five) years' professional experience, including 2 (two) to 3 (three) years in FP&A. You have a bachelor's degree in accounting and a Chartered Professional Accountant designation.

You are fluently bilingual, both written and spoken, you are comfortable with ERP systems and have worked with a consolidation system, you have an advanced command of Excel and have developed skills with PowerQuery and PowerPivot, you have already worked in a manufacturing environment and in a multi-currency environment, and you are able to manage several files simultaneously.

You are a team player with an analytical and strategic mind.
