Priority Care Call provides a reliable and cost effective Emergency Alarm Systems for Seniors and people with disabilities. Care Call wants to provide our clients with the best possible service at the lowest cost.

Care Call is searching for a mature person to provide excellent customer service by installing Personal Emergency Response Systems in and around the Edmonton area. This same person will also be responsible for promoting our services at tradeshows, fairs and seniors centres.

DUTIES:

- Arrange own appointments/schedule.
- Install and explain Care Call equipment/service as needed for clients in their homes.
- Assist the client in feeling comfortable using Care Call equipment.
- Complete all appropriate paperwork, review for accuracy.
- Perform service calls when needed.
- Perform demonstrations as needed.
- Promote services in buildings and at Seniors Centres.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma.
Able to work with a flexible schedule.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in customer service.
Familiarity with telephone equipment.
Attention to detail a must.
Fluency in English, oral and written.
Ability to work independently.
Must have their own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s license with good driving record. (We pay Mileage)
Professional or volunteer experience with the elderly is a strong plus
Technical skills an asset.
Confidence to promote Care Call services unsolicited.
Must provide a Background/Police check.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
