RESPONSIBILITIES
- HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce) super user; supporting the administration, training, troubleshooting, ongoing management and various report generation of all HR software solutions.
- Lead the HR department in the testing and implementation of new SaaS products, and additions or configuration changes of existing SaaS products.
- Prepare analytics and reporting to meet the needs of senior managers and executives in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as key point of contact with software vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Engage with internal management team to elicit feedback and provide support in the appropriate use of HR software solutions.
- Support HR leadership team in the implementation of programs and initiatives that require changes to existing or new software solutions.
- Understand use case and best practices for HR SaaS products; make suggestions and changes to ensure the products are best configured to meet business growth needs.
- Produce and validate HR reports and analytics that support various HR programs and initiatives.
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
- Research, analyze, and present data as assigned.
- Troubleshoot data and reports from a variety of ATS, HRIS and ticketing software’s utilized by the HR team.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Support the timely completion of HR administrative functions as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 plus years’ experience working with SaaS software configuration, implementation, and management.
- 2 plus years’ experience working in an analyst role.
- 2 plus years’ experience managing projects, preferred
- Experience with HRIS and ATS required, ideally Ceridian Dayforce experience.
- Understanding of HR processes, report generation, metrics and data requirements.
- Experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI is considered an asset.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Flexible and able to prioritize tasks, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable defining analysis scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Strong verbal, and written communication/presentation skills.
