**Accueil des Clients** : Accueillir les clients à leur arrivée, vérifier leurs réservations et les enregistrer.
- **Service Client** : Répondre aux questions et aux demandes des clients concernant les services de l'hôtel et les attractions locales.
- **Facturation et Paiements** : Préparer et gérer les factures, traiter les paiements et gérer les comptes des clients.
- **Coordination avec les Autres Services** : Communiquer avec le personnel d'entretien, de restauration et de maintenance pour s'assurer que les besoins des clients sont satisfaits.
- **Résolution des Problèmes** : Gérer les plaintes et résoudre les problèmes des clients de manière rapide et efficace.
- **Informations Touristiques** : Fournir des informations sur les attractions locales, les restaurants, les événements et les activités.
- **Gestion des Check-out** : S'assurer que les clients quittent l'hôtel de manière fluide, régler les factures et organiser les transports si nécessaire.
