**Your role at a glance**:
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and pro-active leader to join the PhotoSat executive team as Head of Revenue.

As Head of Revenue at PhotoSat, you will take full ownership of running our Sales and Marketing engine. You will be accountable for all things revenue including revenue metrics, team building and training, demand generation strategy, and performance reporting. You will be a part of the senior leadership team at PhotoSat and reporting directly to our CEO.

**Your ownerships**:

- Recruit, lead and manage the sales teams to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Build and execute strategies to double current business revenue over the next 3 years
- Guide, motivate and drive a high-performing sales teams to achieve higher levels of sales and market share
- Budget, plan and deliver on revenue, margin, and net profitability goals
- Create and evolve our Sales and Marketing strategy based on learnings from all teams
- Own lead generation outreach, prospect conversion, and closed sales metrics
- Own the “go-to-market” strategy for different markets and buyer personas
- Deliver a hands-on approach to coaching, mentoring, and managing the team
- Actively participate in industry tradeshows and networking events
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and market influencers
- Create and maintain sales training and development programs
- Member of the Senior Leadership Team and contribute to the overall company growth
- Report on revenue performance and provide insights to support other teams such as Product and Customer Success
- Lead by example by living the PhotoSat core company values

**What you bring**:

- **Leadership and management skills.** You can manage, and lead based on the needs of your team. You feel comfortable delegating to a team of skilled SDRs and Account Executives. You are an exceptional communicator and can clearly convey the plan to the team and execute.
- **Solid Track Record. **You have led and developed high-performing, entrepreneurial sales teams yielding consistent and continuous revenue growth.
- **Experience in B2B sales environment**:

- **SaaS. You understand the unique demands of a software-as-a-service sales.**:

- **Lead generation.** You have experience in lead generation and strategy. You can deliver to targets necessary to hit revenue goals.
- **Deliverables.** You have a proven record of high performing sales teams and delivering to budgeted revenues and goals.
- **Data Analytics.** You are a wizard of Salesforce and Pardot, or similar CRM tools. You can direct CRM strategy and hold the team accountable to the use and upkeep of information within it. You can analyze sales data to improve, modify and test current sales strategy.
- **Desire to learn.** You can absorb detailed and scientific information about highly technical products. You are willing to build a foundation of new knowledge to support selling technical products.
- **Strong work ethic. **You have exceptional organizational skills and can manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously. You enjoy setting targets and creating unique strategies to achieve them.
- **Presentation skills.** You have solid verbal and visual presentation skills. You can tailor content to meet the needs of your audience.
- **Focus on customer service. **You seek to understand the clients’ perspective. You invest time and energy into maintaining a strong client network. You strive to build relationships with the right companies at the right time.

**Things we hope you have**:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of managing Sales AND Marketing management experience
- A successful track record of owning revenue metrics and Sales and Marketing results
- Managed a team with clear targets, process, and accountability
- Strong management reference from people you’ve managed and people you have reported to
- Worked in a multi-faceted environment where you take initiatives to succeed
- Strong analytical and problem solving with a knack for data analysis
- Industry experience marketing and/or sales in surveying, civil engineering, or resource development industries.
- Experience in and/or an excellent understanding of the mining sector (heavy civil sector knowledge would be deemed as supplementary and beneficial) and its commercial landscape, including existing and active contacts, market trends, potential strategic partners etc.
