As a Route Sales Representative, there are two main accountabilities required: (1) servicing customers through delivery, pickup and customer service (2) selling and developing our business, products and services with in-house and on the road sales. You will be responsible for developing and sustaining a growing medical waste management division in Winnipeg and NorthWestern Ontario to a large range of medical clinics and pharmacies.

ECS Cares is a growing medical waste company. We are seeking an experienced energetic person to assist in managing multiple tasks in our Winnipeg office. Hands on route driver, customer service inside and outside sales with existing and new potential accounts. We offer a great team environment with your own open office and workstation. The individual needs to be proficient with their phone skills, computer and typing skills, communication skills and must be a respectful team player. It is expected that >50% of the time will be spent dealing with existing accounts and service while and 30-50% will be spent working to obtain new accounts.

**What you’ll be working on**:

- First priority is to service our clientele by providing pick up and supply of new products
- Receiving boxes and packaging in warehouse
- Creating a repore with clients, looking for references, leads and looking for ways to upsell our services
- Identifying changing customer needs through review of product and client needs
- Frequent communication with clinic managers
- Developing all assigned accounts relative to sales, product distribution and customer service objectives
- Managing inventory to ensure balanced accounts and fresh products for customers
- Executing hands on activities: managing loading and unloading daily runs, handling box pick ups and returns, inventory movement
- Scheduling flexibility: work schedule can vary on a daily basis. Ability to multi-task with specific duties in warehouse, office and with customers on the road
- Previous sales experience and ability to work with multiple product sku's preferred
- Previous service and driving experience with friendly and positive attitude
- Outstanding organizational skills (able to handle multiple priorities, problem solve, meet targets)
- Great with people and excellent communication skills
- Strong verbal and written use of the English language is a requirement. A great time is spent communicating with customers through outbound phone calls.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Understanding customers needs, reviewing history notes and identifying sales opportunities.

Requirements**:High School Diploma min. ** Clean drivers license (experience as a route driver an asset) Strong listening and sales skills.** ** Strong mannerisms and professionalism.

- Strong computer and typing skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
