**Summary**:
This is a full-time Sales Data Analyst role based in London, ON, that is mainly in office with flexible time. As a Sales Data Analyst at Mayne, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw sales data into actionable insights that drive our sales strategy and business growth. Utilizing advanced analytics techniques, you will analyze trends, forecast sales outcomes, and support the sales team in optimizing their efforts. Your work will directly contribute to our understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales performance, enabling Mayne to make data-driven decisions and maintain competitive advantage in the industry. You will be part of the Sales and Marketing team while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, streamline processes, and implement solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management and Analysis**: Collect, clean, and maintain databases of sales and marketing data. Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the sales data.
- **Reporting and Visualization**: Develop and deliver regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts using data visualization tools. Create dashboards for real-time sales tracking and insights.
- **Collaboration and Support**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Assist in setting and tracking sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
- **Forecasting**: Use statistical tools to forecast future sales trends and outcomes. Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance and strategy.
- **Market and Competitor Analysis**: Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improving sales data management and analysis processes. Implement new tools and techniques to enhance data accuracy and analytical capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in sales or marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
