**Front-Line Support Worker - Supportive Housing**

(Full Time Afternoon & Night Shifts)

**SCOPE OF POSITION**
- Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment of the facility
- Overseeing the day to day operations of the facility
- Provide and be available for client communications
- Transportation for clients where necessary
- One-on-one support and group facilitation of sharing information
- Advocate and/or mediate on behalf of clients
- Provide input to staff members regarding client needs
- Information referral and receipt from co-workers, life skills, caseworker, etc.
- Liaise with other agencies to provide fluent transitions
- Participate in Case Management to assist clients to transition to independence
- Be available to work all shifts in 24-hour facility

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Grade 12
- First Aid, Food Safe, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, Suicide Intervention
- Valid Driver's License - Class 4 required, or willing to attain prior to the expiration of the probationary period
- Basic computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with high-risk clientele
- Knowledge of the Indigenous culture
- Clear criminal record
