Dans le but de soutenir notre croissance, nous désirons accueillir un(e) : Analyste en recherche marketing.

Sous l’autorité de notre vice-président solutions clients, l’analyste en recherche marketing se spécialise dans la mesure de l’expérience client et employé et assure la production d’information de qualité, aidant à la prise de décision stratégiques et opérationnelles.

Entre autres, l’analyste en recherche marketing doit:

- Rencontrer les clients dans le but de créer et de mettre en place des programmes de recherche qui répondent à leurs besoins;
- Concevoir des outils de mesure (questionnaires);
- Interpréter l’analyse des données quantitatives et qualitatives;
- Rédiger et construire différents documents (tableaux de bord, indicateurs, etc.) et rapports d’analyses;
- Présenter des rapports d’analyses à la haute direction des clients;
- Assister les chargés de projet dans la gestion de la collecte de données dans le but d’assurer la qualité de la donnée recueillie;
- Coordonner le travail de diverses ressources externes (traducteurs, graphistes, etc.);
- Gérer les livrables de plusieurs comptes clients;
- S’assurer que les projets de recherche respectent les normes de qualité et les stratégies définies au début de chaque programme de recherche;
- Autres tâches connexes reliées à l’analyse en recherche marketing.
