We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Bollywood Bar & Lounge. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. **Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Assist in stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service to customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
