- Area of accountability no.1: Develop, Implement and Manage Marketing Materials
- Help build and implement the marketing calendar, and manage expectations for delivery of all

alterations and provide updates at regular marketing meetings.

related costs, as requested by management (i.e. product display stands)
- Manage selling materials accessibility (EVA, Cober Portal) and material inventory levels (Cober Portal)

Expected results: Manage the design, production and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Area of accountability no.2: Coordinate Conferences, Events and Webinars
- Serve as lead for exhibiting at all major Canadian veterinary trade shows/events and as key

contact for conference personnel. Attend/exhibit as required.
- Develop master timeline, register exhibiting team/attendees, coordinate hotel logistics and

schedule briefings (pre and post). Recommend sponsorship initiatives that align and manage their

implementation/production. Manage creative production, inventory and logistics of booth displays

and tradeshow support materials.
- Coordinate and support MM and GM in organizing annual/bi-annual sales meeting(s).
- Project manage all Virbac hosted webinars including development of support materials (pre/post),

liaising with provincial associations for promotional support, providing backend hosting of the

event, coordinating post-event metrics (internally) and distributing CE to qualified participants.

Expected results: Seamless coordination of exhibiting events, internal sales meetings and

customer-facing webinars.

Area of accountability no.3: Manage Marketing Programs
- Manage the development and implementation of internal business tools e.g. product reports,

competitor pricing, order forms, etc.
- Manage all quarterly product sample programs for sales representatives, including launch projects

and employee programs.
- Manage selling incentive programs to increase sales of targeted products (e.g. Loyalty Program,

BOGOs)
- Manage selling program results including the use of Campaigns (in SalesForce) to assist with

running metrics post-program.

Expected results: Efficient delivery and maintenance of programs and materials to support selling.

Area of accountability no.4: Digital Communications and Websites
- Build the French B2C Website using the existing platform
- Update both B2C Websites ongoing (product information, educational articles, promotional

activities) to maximize SEO. Use Digital Assets Management (DAM) repository provided by Global

HQ.
- Help develop and implement the launch plan for both B2B Websites (English and French).
- Build and implement a monthly content calendar (use existing assets) for all websites so that other

marketing initiatives can drive traffic.
- Develop digital materials (eblasts, advertising, social media, esignatures). Use SalesForce

Marketing Cloud to implement digital marketing automation and analytics.

Expected results: Provide digital content that is informative, accurate and engaging.

Area of accountability no.5: Business Operations
- Manage office equipment and order supplies as requested by management (photocopier, paper,

kitchen, UPS, etc.)
- Prepare estimates from various agencies/vendors for review by MM and GM
- Manage in-house inventory of product and collateral, as needed
- Coordinate UPS courier shipping and receiving as requested by management

Expected results: Foster strong customer relationships and ensure highly efficient workings of the Virbac Canada office.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree or
