Warehouse Technician

Our company, a logistic management, distribution and warehousing enterprise is expanding and requires the right person to join our team and contribute to the on-going success of our operation.

**The main responsibilities are**:

- Ensure compliance with TransPlus procedures at system and operational level
- Ability of designing and documenting of system processes
- Supporting clients & employees throughout our multiple warehouses.
- Monitor client & employee processes throughout our multiple warehouses
- Gaining an understanding of remote users IT concerns & issues
- Cataloging and Inventory of Warehouse & IT equipment
- Following up with servicing agreements with equipment owned (RF Scanners)
- Execute any other IT and customer service related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.
- Excellent Computer Skills with strong knowledge Technology & Windows-based Systems
- Maintaining devices like RF Scanners and Printers (Label Printers & Laser Printers)

**Qualifications**:

- Essential - Clean criminal background, Valid driver License
- Asset - Knowledge in Truckmate OR Accellos software, Security system, LAN connectivity, Wifi Connectivity
- Asset - Install & perform network cabling (C5 & C6) & Wifi Antennas
- Asset - Experienced with in RF Scanning Technology
- An ability to evaluate complex issues and develop actionable plans
- A high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Bilingual in French & English
- Highly organized and process oriented with an ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
