- The role of Branch Manager reports directly to the Eastern Canada Region Head of PWM and is one of the key leadership positions on the TD Wealth senior executive team and an integral part of TD Bank’s strategy for TD PWM.
- As Branch Manager, you will be expected to reflect TD’s leadership profile and make an impact, build for the future, inspire the will to win, work effectively in teams, live transparency, show excellent judgment and demonstrate unwavering integrity.

- Proactive Risk Management - You possess a strong understanding of the Bank’s internal risk management and audit policies and procedures and those defined by external entities including relevant banking authorities and industry regulators. You actively participate in crafting new policies and procedures for the business to meet new and evolving regulatory requirements.

- Driving the region’s operating performance, sales management culture, talent management strategy and tactics, business development, compliance oversight and Investment Advisor recruitment.
- Contributing to the achievement of TD PWM overall business results by developing and executing an annual regional business and operating plan consistent with the TD Wealth strategy and objectives.
- Reviewing and supporting Branch Managers in the development and execution of branch business plans.
- Cultivating and developing constructive business relationships across TD Bank.
- Preserving and promoting productive and respectful partnership relationships across TD Wealth.
