**Employment Equity**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Organize and manage job card packages;
- Review job cards manpower requirements;
- Ensure data transfer between different platforms;
- Follow up with parts on order;
- Produce evolution/progress reports;
- Assist leads with tracking and management of job card packages;
- Make projections regarding work to be performed;
- Participate to weekly meetings;
- Participate to proper tracking of completed tasks;
- Coordinate un-used parts return to stock.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- Experience in the aviation field, an asset;
- Experience in planning;
- Bilingualism, both oral and written;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially with Excel;
- Good sense of analysis and organization;
- Resourcefulness and team spirit;
- Ability to manage priorities and flexibility;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
