**About the team**
The Credits & Adjustments team under Customer Operations oversees all activities related to adjustments including managing the budget, process improvement, policy, compliance monitoring, and analysis. The main objectives are to ensure accuracy & to protect revenue while improving/maintaining excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate reporting to internal & external centres, including ensuring business is on track for SOX compliancy (fraud reports, month end validations)
- Developing process improvements that assist the business in adjustment reductions, improve agent behaviour & benefit customer experience
- Draft and push agent communications/policy changes & submit updates to internal resources (OneSource, BPI)
- Identify & solve system issues to improve operational efficiency
- Supporting business requirements related to adjustments (launching/expiring adjustment codes, managing processes, assisting in account cleanups, project input)
- Conducting audits/deep dives, analytical review of adjustment data sets & summaries
- Assist in target setting for adjustment KPIs

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, prioritization and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to analyze, solve problems & make decisions

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with call centre operations / systems / agent tools
