**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with banquet and catering events as needed

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in bartending or beverage service is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a professional manner
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving

Note: This position may require standing for extended periods of time and lifting trays or other items weighing up to 25 pounds. The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may also be required.
