**The Opportunity**:
**What You'll be Responsible for**:

- Extend and negotiate compensation packages, and manage subsequent offers, or contract generation.
- Collaborate with the Global People & Culture, in developing, executing, and aligning a global Talent Acquisition program.
- Devise and implement creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines and attract top talent for all roles across the organization.
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure a strategic partnership.
- Utilize our HRIS to manage the full life cycle recruitment process.
- Organize and participate in career fairs and networking events to promote internal career development and act as a brand ambassador for Prophix.
- Provide feedback and assist in the implementation and/or use of tools, systems, reporting, and projects.

**What You'll need to bring to Maropost**
- 5 + years of corporate full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for a global portfolio.
- Post-Secondary degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Knowledge of the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA) and Ontario Human Rights Code.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems or HRIS (BambooHR experience is a plus).
- Experience leading and creating employer branding initiatives.
- Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment techniques and methods.
- Strong ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization; ability to build and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization.
- Being technically savvy.
- HR Professional designation is a plus.
- Proven ability to think strategically by challenging business leaders while balancing expectations.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
