Ce poste vous permettra de vous spécialiser dans le domaine de la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et du service des opérations. L’accent est mis sur la collaboration avec les services des ventes, de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et des opérations, et les collègues de nos différents sites de production.

**FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES**

Nous comptons sur votre expertise pour effectuer des prévisions précises de la demande pour tous nos produits dans un horizon de 18 mois, en travaillant étroitement avec les intervenants qui contribuent à ce processus
- Préparer et effectuer le suivi des IRC de la précision des prévisions
- Proposer des améliorations continue pour le processus de prévision et les mettre en pratique
- Participer à différents projets visant l’amélioration de la fiabilité des prévisions et du processus
- Gérer les données de référence de la planification de la demande, les systèmes et les logiciels. Gérer les données pertinentes. Effectuer le suivi et les analyses des tendances

**DONNÉES ET INFORMATIONS**

Les données vous aident à déterminer les variances selon l’historique de performance de la production, évaluer les réussites ultérieures des produits et évaluer les stocks nécessaires pour les demandes futures.
- Discuter avec le service des ventes des effets saisonniers, des promotions, des tendances de marché, des changements de distribution, des appels d’offres, de l’introduction de nouveaux produits et du retrait de produits
- Préparer et animer les réunions mensuelles sur les prévisions de la demande, en prenant soin de discuter au préalable des commentaires du service des ventes
- Aviser l’entreprise lorsque les niveaux de stocks, les livraisons sortantes ou le service à la clientèle peuvent poser des problèmes
- Favoriser un équilibre optimal entre la production et l’approvisionnement

**COLLABORATION**

Favoriser une performance optimale de la chaîne d’approvisionnement en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et l’équipe des opérations.
- Préparer les documents nécessaires pour favoriser les échanges et pour gérer les réunions mensuelles sur les prévisions de la demande
- Atteindre un consensus sur les prévisions de la demande du service opérationnel, en favorisant un processus de planification réalisé en collaboration avec les services des ventes et des opérations

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diplôme dans le domaine de la logistique, des opérations ou de l’administration
- 3 à 4 ans d’expérience dans un poste comparable ou d’expérience pertinente
- _ Bilingue français et anglais indispensable _
- Vous possédez de l’expérience en matière de prévision et en planification industrielle et commerciale
- La connaissance du logiciel Power BI et d’un système de planification de la demande serait un atout

- Excellentes habiletés de communication et de négociation. Vous savez comment convaincre les intervenants et vous entretenez toujours une relation de confiance et constructive avec ceux-ci.

This position will allow you to specialize in the field of supply chain management and service operations. The focus is on working with sales, supply chain and operations departments, and colleagues at our various production sites.

MAIN DUTIES

We rely on your expertise to make accurate demand forecasts for all our products over an 18-month horizon, working closely with stakeholders who contribute to this process.
- Prepare and follow up on forecast accuracy KPIs
- Propose continuous improvements for the forecasting process and put them into practice
- Participate in various projects aimed at improving the reliability of forecasts and the process
- Manage demand planning master data, systems and software. Manage relevant data. Perform trend tracking and analysis

DATA AND INFORMATION

The data helps you determine variances based on historical production performance, assess subsequent product successes, and assess inventory requirements for future demands.
- Discuss with the sales department seasonal effects, promotions, market trends, distribution changes, tenders, new product introductions and product withdrawals
- Prepare and facilitate monthly meetings on demand forecasts, taking care to discuss beforehand the comments of the sales department
