As a Client Administrator, you will be responsible for researching and processing requests from clients.

**Is this role right for you? In this role you will**:

- Be responsible for the quality control of team tasks
- Ensure that we process the client’s requests accurately and efficiently
- Sort, scan, and index incoming mail
- Respond to escalated calls from clients and provide appropriate resolution
- Investigate and track system issues and develop workarounds/solutions
- Work with the Assistant Manager to define and enhance procedures
- Work with Assistant Manager to ensure all team members are fully cross trained
- Proactively collaborate with the team to provide solutions to problems and potential issues
- Improve service levels by continually reviewing processes/procedures and identifying opportunities for enhancement
- Participate in special projects/assignments; perform other duties as required

**The Must Haves**:

- Experience in an administrative or clerical position, preferably within the financial services industry is an asset
- Experience in customer service or a back-office environment is an asset
