**What This Position is About**:
The ISRO is responsible for coordinating initial signing and renewal of agent contracts and payment of agent commissions in collaboration with the finance department.

The ISRO focuses on recruitment of international students including responding to general inquiries, conducting pre-applicant advising sessions with prospective students (in person and virtually) and following up with international student leads collected by the International Recruitment team. The incumbent will attend in-province international recruitment events organized by English Language partner institutions to promote Fleming College.

**Work Schedules**:
This position has been designated as on-campus and is expected on-site 100% of the time.

**What We Are Looking For**:
Completion of a two year diploma in Marketing, Business, International Business, or Social Sciences, along with a minimum of three years of practical work experience:

- In a customer service environment servicing international students and/or newcomers to Canada
- Working in a multi-cultural setting and strong skills related to cultural sensitivity and international communications
- Related to assessment of academic documentation from differing educational institutions and systems both domestic and international
- With public speaking and presenting; and event planning
- Working independently, in a team environment, organizing, prioritizing and problem solving own work and dealing with sensitive and confidential information referring to related policies and FIPPA
- Working independently within a team environment handling multiple tasks and timelines from a variety of sources in order to meet deadlines.

Valid G license in good standing and access to a vehicle.

Fluency in a second language, ideally Spanish, Vietnamese or Tagalog, is preferred
