**_ As a Pre-Owned Sales Manager at Subaru of Orillia your duties would include:_**
- Desking deals
- Follow-up of non-sold customers
- Managing leads
- Sales activity reports
- Inventory audits
- Appraising and pricing trade-ins and other used vehicles
- Manage the merchandising process
- Online Showroom management
- Training and development of sales staff
- Championing the Customer Satisfaction Process
- Overseeing the Pre-Owned Sales department processes

This is a Salary + Bonus position. Estimated Total Annual Earnings are $58,000 to $110,000

Salary ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 annually and the estimated annual Bonus ranges from $40,000 - 60,000 annually (Bonus range is based upon performance. and range is not guaranteed. Eligible bonuses are paid on a monthly or quarterly basis)
