**About us**:
My name is Cole, I'm a fourth year student at the University of Toronto studying Computer Science, Economics, and Mathematics. This is my 4th year running this business in Oakville. With the support of the amazing team we've built so far, we're on track to double the size of our business again this year. Aside from working hard and having a great time, we have strong values of team culture, work hard play hard, and growth.

Last year we tripled the size of our business and this year we are looking to double again. In order to make this goal a reality we're looking to add a few last hard working and driven individuals to our team of all-stars.

**About the position**:
This position involves working with a crew partner outside and transforming our clients homes through our maintenance services. As well as marketing and other customer-service duties.

Through this role, the people selected for our team learn how to communicate effectively with clientele, complete high-quality projects, build their sales abilities, and how to take on leadership in an organization through promotion opportunities.

Full-time access to a vehicle grants a wage increase of $2

**Job Facts**:

**Job requirements**:

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
