Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our Window Cleaning operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring strong technical knowledge and excellent management skills.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Market neighbourhoods in oakville and generate interest for our business
- Collaborate with the production crews to maintain our materials and refill supplies as needed
- Manage and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime
- Implement and maintain systems such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning) for efficient production planning and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production department
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to contribute ideas for process optimization

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a outdoor environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of production processes
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis
- Proficiency in using MRP systems or other production planning software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
