**Position Overview**

The clerk is responsible for booking appointments using the central computerised system. He or she will keep records up to date and provide patients with the information they need to prepare for their examination.

This post is mainly dedicated to the Ambulatory Clinics.
- PERMANENT PART-TIME POSITION 0.5 FTE (37.5 hours per 2 weeks)
- Day shifts
- Telework possible with highspeed internet

**Criminal Check**

As a pre-condition of employment:

- All new HGH employees will be required to obtain and provide a satisfactory Police Records Check dated within six (6) months from the date of issue.
- As of now, HGH will require all employees, physicians, learners, contractors and volunteers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

**What we are looking for**
- High School diploma.
- Computer knowledge
- Knowledge of medical terminology would be an asset
- Work experience using telephone
- Good interpersonal relationships
- Capacity to manage stress
- Capacity to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages
