Position Overview

The multidisciplinary clerk acts as a receptionist, greeting and registering patients; completing all necessary paperwork for the admission process; providing clerical support; taking phone calls or seeing patients in person and compiling data for routine reports etc.

All this while ensuring confidentiality of information.

1 PERMANENT PART-TIME POSITION 0.4 FTE, NIGHT - Schedule from 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., one week you do Monday and Thursday and the other week Friday and Saturday.

Possibility of doing other replacements if you are available.
Possibility of permanent day-night full-time position

You will be required to pass the following selection tests: written French, written English and alpha-numeric data entry
Criminal Check

As a pre-condition of employment:


All new HGH employees will be required to obtain and provide a satisfactory Police Records Check dated within six (6) months from the date of issue.

As of now, HGH will require all employees, physicians, learners, contractors and volunteers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

  • Capacity to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages (French and English).
  • Ability to manage stress
  • Comfortable working in a computerized environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology would be an asset
