Our technology platform utilizes sensors, GPS tracking, and highly engaged partner haulers to provide waste management and recycling services and track materials from their source to recycling and composting facilities. Our sustainability experts analyze the data generated by the platform to help our customers make tangible improvements to their waste management and recycling efforts. Ultimately, we are innovating to treat waste as a component material for other products in the circular economy so that as little as possible is deposited into landfills or incinerators.

**What we need**:
The Sales Coordinator liaises between Business Development, Procurement, Pricing and Legal, to analyze potential new business and present findings to Leadership in order to make informed business decisions. They are responsible for the managing and maintaining the quality and accuracy of data used to determine operational feasibility and profitability. They will also work to assist in the generation of accurate Customer contracts and accounts during the Customer onboarding process. The Sales Coordinator will work within the Business Compliance Department ensuring the that all administrative, data and analytical functions related to Sales and Customer Onboarding are completed to the highest standards. The Coordinator understands the importance of accurate data as the backbone of success. **Please note this is a hybrid position.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Supporting the Business Development Team analyzing new business and owning the process of turning prospects into steady-state Customers
- Managing information such as invoices, cost databases, Customer contracts, and other related documents
- Identify potential profit-generating opportunities during analysis
- Supporting the Business Development Team by delivering proposal documents, deal summaries and other relevant supporting information in order to expedite the sales process
- Assisting in prospective Deal Review and contract development
- Maintaining data integrity within company systems
- Assisting in the pricing and efficient invoicing of new Customers
- Maintaining third-party compliance software with Health & Safety, Insurance and compliance documents

**Is this you?**
- “Must Have” Skills/Experience:_
- 2+ years of account management, business analytics or similar
- Clear written and verbal English
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, maintains a positive frame of mind and sets an example of professionalism for other team members
- Adept at handling change and maintaining a professional, mature presence
- Demonstrated organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on team player with excellent people skills
- Ability to task-switch while maintaining highest standards of accuracy and quality
- Detail oriented and accurate in execution, ability to work well under pressure and with mínimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Demonstrable advanced working knowledge of Excel in addition to other Microsoft Applications including PowerPoint, and Word
- “Nice to Have” Skills/Experience:_
- Post-Secondary degree/diploma preferred
- Experience in MS Dynamics software an asset
- Previous experience in business analysis or waste, diversion and recycling industry is an asset
- Fluency in other languages an asset
