- time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Port Colborne. Boggio Family of Pharmacies is a family run pharmacy focused on providing exceptional customer service There are 6 locations across the Niagara region - Port Colborne, Ridgeway, Fonthill, Niagara Falls, Grimsby and Welland. Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Collect relevant patient information and create/update patient records on the computer
- Prepare prescription orders by following the filling protocol

**Maintain pharmacy stock through inventory control systems**
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and other community members

**Qualifications**:

- Experience using PharmaclikRX is an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Motivated, driven personality with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to provide device demonstration to patients
- Ability to navigate changing responsibilities throughout the day
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in more than one store location on occasion

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
